PCC Certification stands for “Professional Certified Coach.” It’s a credential offered by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which is the global standard for accreditation of coach certification programs. Getting certified as a PCC means that coaching professionals have met stringent education and experience requirements. PCC certified coaches demonstrate a mastery of coaching competencies and follow the ethics and guidelines of the ICF.
To meet these guidelines, credential-holders must complete an ICF Level 2 program and gain:
- At least 125 training hours through an ICF accredited coach training program.
- Ten hours of mentor coaching with an ICF credentialed mentor.
- 500 Coaching Hours.
- A passing score on the ICF credentialing exam.

Students get access to this program 4 weeks after their primary program (CLC, CEC, CODC, or NLP) begins. Students must complete course within 3 months. Typically takes about a week to finish.
Class Times: Asynchronous, complete at your own pace.
Group Mentoring sessions (total of 6) begin Friday, October 9th and Friday December 4th, 2026. Sessions are held once a week for 1 hour, over a period of 6 weeks. An additional four one-on-one sessions with the mentor are scheduled at a time of your convenience.
